This stay was very nice overall. The furnishings were lovely, the location was great, and it was only a few minutes’ walk to the beach. The place was very well equipped with everything we needed. I especially loved the pool, the lounge chairs by the pool, the birds around the property, and even the pool noodles — such thoughtful touches! The only small improvement would be the laundry area, which is outside and doesn’t have lighting, making it hard to use in the evening. It would also be nice if the kitchen included basic cooking essentials like salt and oil. Aside from that, it’s a great place and I would definitely recommend staying here.

Everything was great. Fully stocked kitchen, home from home. Beds and bathrooms were great, laundry facilities fab. Easy access to beach and amazing sunset 5 min walk. Clean, comfy, everything was spot on! Thank you!

Rachael’s place was absolutely stunning. So much space for our family, gorgeous decor, pool was an added bonus. Kitchen equipment was the latest and easy to use. Airbnb was very clean and walkable to the beach (10mins) and 40min walk to the whales tail or 4 mins my taxi. Eric & Steph were fab hosts of Rachael’s Airbnb and Eric booked our taxi from the airport and other taxis, tours and helped us with restaurant recommendations. We felt right at home. Tours we can recommend is the Mangrove tour and Zip Lining. We also had Eric organise us massages & surfing. We highly recommend this place for relaxation and to walk to the beach. Fernados restaurant we can highly recommend Wildlife at the beach that we saw - monkeys, birds, crabs, stingrays, lizards, fish Wildlife at the Airbnb garden - iguanas, lizards, birds, cats, Rachael has a few airbnbs in the area. This one was our favourite. Costa Rica is amazing and worth the visit. Thanks Rachael, Eric and Steph - we will be back

Great place to stay for a mother-son trip to Nashville for a Vanderbilt game and long weekend. We each had our own space which was great. Easy to get downtown by either driving or Uber- we did both. It was nice to end our day away from the tourist crowds.

Rachael was very responsive and welcoming throughout the entire process. Fabian was an awesome house manager and made sure we had everything we needed. He was also friendly, responsive and welcoming. The pictures don’t do justice to the actual house. It felt like home and was a perfect fit for our family. Highly recommend! It will feel as if you never left home.

Absolutely loved our stay in Uvita! Great value for the size and location of this beautiful house. We walked to the beach every day for boogie boarding and we enjoyed the beautiful pool in the evening. We will stay here again when we return to Uvita!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Le logement se trouve à moins de 10min de la plage (plage du parc national payante par carte). La plage est magnifique. Le logement est superbe, bien entretenu et très propre. Tout le confort y est. La cuisine est bien équipée et c’est facile d’y cuisiner. Il y a un Maxi Pali tout proche et un BM Supermercado à quelque minutes d’auto qui est encore plus complet. La piscine au logement est tout à fait agréable!! Nous avons passé un beau séjour!

Do Not Hesitate to Book! Walking distance to Uvita Beach, close to grocery store, close to restaurants, 5 min drive to Uvita Waterfall. Beautiful clean home on a beautiful street in Uvita Costa Rica. Completely stocked kitchen, super comfortable beds; we had the best time & the perfect home to come to after adventure full days in CR!

We had a fantastic stay at this perfect home in the perfect location. We were just steps away from a great spot for drinks & nachos, as well as a large Maxi Pali (Walmart), but particularly and especially steps away from the most beautiful beach! The host was super helpful & very responsive, the beds were very comfy, home & kitchen well stocked, and the backyard totally dreamy. We honestly loved every second and savored taking nightly walks to the beach to watch the sunset. (There is a small fee to enter Marina Ballena Natl Park, which entrance is at the bottom of the street- but we paid everyday and at night the guard always let us go in to watch the sunset, and you also can walk down the dirt road to where the locals enter). We were in the perfect spot to explore Uvita: Nauyaca Waterfalls, Playa Ventanas, Whale Watching from downtown Uvita, Manuel Antonio National Park, and multiple beaches up and down the coast. Great home. 5 enthusiastic stars!

We absolutely loved our time at this beautiful home in Uvita! From the moment we arrived, it felt relaxing, peaceful, and welcoming — just like home, but with breathtaking mountain views and the sounds of wildlife all around. What I first thought was an alarm turned out to be frogs singing at night, and every morning we woke to the peaceful sound of birds. It was truly magical. The house itself is modern yet cozy, with a warm, homey atmosphere. The open-concept kitchen made it easy to stay connected with family while cooking, and it had everything we needed — plus the bonus of a dishwasher, washer, and dryer, which made our stay even more comfortable. The private pool was a highlight for our family, and we ended each day watching movies together on the smart TV. The location is quiet, private, and filled with nature, but still close to amazing activities — we went whale watching, took a UTV tour, and walked along the beach. You’ll definitely need a 4x4 vehicle to get around, but that
