Quiet Hours: Please be respectful of neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. 7. Care of the Home: Guests agree to treat the home with care and to notify the host promptly of any damage, maintenance issues, or concerns during their stay. 8. Children & Supervision: Children must be supervised at all times. The home may not be child-proofed. 9. Use of Amenities: Guests use all amenities at their own discretion and agree to follow any posted instructions or guidance provided in the house manual. 10. Maintenance & Emergency Access: The host or property manager may need to access the property for maintenance or emergency purposes and will provide notice whenever possible. 11. Guest Access

Guests will have access to the entire home, including covered parking for 2 cars, space for 2 more in the driveway, and additional street parking if needed. From the House Drive 10 minutes to your private entrance to the Ballena National Marine Park Beach. Experience the beauty of this wide 3 mile beach. Peaceful walks, boogie boarding basking in the sun and spectacular sunsets await you. This property also includes a private access point to the Ballena National Park beach with free parking.  This part of the beach rarely has more than 4 or 5 other people, so it is a perfect spot to relax and enjoy perfect waves and a spectacular sunset on the beach.

The house is easily accessible without a 4x4 vehicle, and a bus stop is just a 3-minute walk away. Uvita is a 3.5-hour drive from SJO Airport, or for a fun and exciting travel option, take a hopper plane on Sansa Airlines from SJO to Quepos, followed by a short 45-minute drive to Uvita.
