Welcome to our stunning Airbnb! We invite you to enjoy the ultimate vacation experience in our spacious and stylishly furnished three-bedroom home, complete with a small casita room and outdoor living space. Inside, you'll find a king-size bed in one bedroom, a queen-size bed in another, and two twin beds in the third. Additionally, we have a pull-out queen sofa bed in the living room for added convenience. The small casita room located right outside the main house is a cozy addition that features a set of twin bunk beds and A/C. Our home is perfect for a family or group of friends looking for a relaxing getaway. The dining space and outdoor living area, complete with a sparkling pool, provide plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. Whether you want to enjoy a meal with loved ones, take a refreshing dip in the pool, or soak up the sun in the outdoor living space, we've got you covered. To make your stay even more enjoyable, we have a house manager who will coordinate all your needs, including transportation from the airport, car rental, chef and cleaning services, and tours. For those who want to explore the area on two wheels, we also have bikes available for rent. Please note that there is a security camera located outside near the laundry area for your safety. Maximum of 10 people in house at all times. Quiet time after 9 PM. No parties allowed!! If we receive noise complaints from neighbors there will be an additional charge or you will be asked to leave the property. Please be respectful!!

We had a wonderful visit to Uvita and so appreciated how well stocked the house was with everything you could think of! Great to have lots of towels (both beach and bath towels) a kitchen stocked with every tool you could possibly need and a nice surprise was finding games and puzzles for us all to enjoy! Great communication and response both prior to trip and while we were there. Recommend for a memorable family vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rachael's home in Uvita. It's walking distance to the Marino Ballena beach entrance and on days when we needed a break from the beach, we enjoyed the pool in the backyard. During low tide one day we walked the beach to Whale's Tail. This natural formation offered the coolest experience. Take shoes if you want to walk all the way out on the tail portion, as the end gets a little rocky. We found the greatest empanada soda - El Hornito - that's only a few minutes drive away. It's authentic Argentinian and absolutely delicious! We also enjoyed Uvita's farmer's market, El Mercado de Bahia Ballena (open Wednesdays and Saturdays - check them out on IG for more info). We're so glad we stayed here. In addition to this being a great location, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and my children enjoyed the books and toys available to them.

Stayed here with 4 adults and 5 kids. The house was amazing! Easy walk to the beach, great restaurant just around the corner, very clean, fully stocked kitchen, and great pool. I highly recommend!

The house was really incredible, I think much better than even the pictures represent. So spacious and clean with lots of very nice amenities in all the details. The garden is like an oasis that offers complete privacy from neighbors. The pool was clean and refreshing. We could walk to the beach, the supermarket, and a nice restaurant all within a few minutes. We had 4 adults and 5 children all 8 and under and had plenty of space and there was lots of toys for the kids and games for the adults which were a blast. Highly recommend this house!

We had a fantastic three week stay! It was super comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen is well stocked for lots of cooking, the pool and backyard and great for kids. The beds and linens feel like great quality. The location is awesome too - just a quick walk down the road to the beach. We would absolutely stay again!

We came for a family trip and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place is set in a quiet neighborhood and was very well maintained. The host was responsive through their local contact. For example, the grill was out of gas and in 20 minutes someone showed up with a new tank. For the traveler, while the listing is Uvita but the beach that is in walking distance is Playa Chaman. After traveling CR for over 15 years this is my pick in top 5 beautiful beaches in the country. So, don't worry that the center of town is a bit further down the road. Sunset walks are easily at hand. Other than that new restaurants and a grocery store are all easy walking distance so convenient location while still feeling private. I would visit again!

An absolute paradise! The house was gorgeous and the furnishings were stunning! The living room furniture was comfortable, however when we were at the house we were mostly outside by the pool. The backyard was a vacation all on its own. The master bedroom was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable! The master and second bathrooms very clean and we loved the showers. We had an issue with one of the AC units but Stephanie immediately responded to my call and had it fixed the next morning. The whole team working on this house have been great to work with. When we go back, we will definitely stay here again! Five stars!

Nous ne pensions jamais tomber sur une maison aussi parfaite au Costa Rica pour notre famille. Tout était très propre, la piscine était rafraîchissante, la cuisine était parfaitement équipée et les enfants avaient même des jouets pour s’amuser. Rachael et Stephanie ont été très gentilles et attentionnées! Nous avons eu un magnifique séjour dans cette maison… De plus, la plage est accessible à pied! Nous aurions pu loger dans cette maison encore longtemps ! Merci encore à Rachael et à sa famille!
